患者さんのカウンセリングをしていると、よく出てくるキーワードがあります。それは”ナチュラルな感じにしたい”です。

もう少し言い換えると、”ナチュラルな形と目立ちにくいキズアトを希望している”と捉えることができると思います。

例えば、ナチュラルな二重の形ってどんな形をいうのでしょうか？末広・mix・平行型がありますが、”相手に良い印象を与えてくれる目つき”がナチュラルな形なのかなと考えることが多いです。

また、ナチュラルな二重のキズアトとは何でしょうか？これは、赤味なく、平らなキレイなキズアトと考えています。

ナチュラルな形だと、心穏やかになりますね。これが患者さんに支持されている理由だと思っています。

Japanese patients often use the word “natural” in cosmetic surgery counseling. 

In my view, it can be changed to “ natual shape and unnoticeable scar”. 

For example, what is natural shape of double eyelid? There are three types depending on the hight of eyelid. But, I think it will be the shape which gives good impression to other people. Also, what is unnoticeable scar of double eyelid? I think it is the flat and whitish scar. 

It is true that “natural” result makes you satistied. This must be why the patients suport the “natural” beauty.
